How T & J Cole Started
In 1976 Tony Cole started an independent fireplace company in Stubbington.
Under Tony's leadership many thousands of fireplaces were fitted and the business prospered and flourished. After eighteen years of business Tony retired and handed the business over to his two sons, Tim and James.
In 1994 Tim and James opened a showroom in Lee on the Solent and run the business
for twenty years in the High Street.
In 2014 Tim and James embarked on a new chapter, a modernised larger showroom in Fareham, offering more choice and variety for customers.
Tony Cole can still be seen from time to time around the showroom sharing his expertise, but on a sunny day he can be found at the beach topping up his tan and paddle-boarding.

Our Team
Tim
Started out as a gas engineer, working with our Dad Tony, when he retired. James came on board and we have been working together for over 30 years in the fireplace industry.
James
With a love of football James started out at Portsmouth FC, then signed to Southampton FC as an apprentice, picked up an injury. Started working in the family business selling fireplaces for over 30 years.
Roger
With a impressive sales back ground, who has ran two of his own companies. Roger works 2 days a week in our showroom for over 10 years, available on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Stella
Stella on hand to answer the phone and helps out in the showroom. Sorts out all the book work and accounts. With over 10 years experience now in the fireplace industry.
Nick
Nick is Gas safe and Hetas Registered fitter. Nick has now worked for our company for over 30 years with a great knowledge with every thing to do with fireplaces.
Lee
Lee is Gas Safe and Hetas Registered fitter. Lee has now worked for our company for 10 years. If he's not working he's out fishing.
Olly
Olly on an Apprenticeship with our company to become a Gas Safe Engineer. Olly is currently supporting other Engineers.
Finn
Finn has worked in fireplace industry now for a couple of years. Supporting other Engineers.
