"We were happy with all aspects of the service and advice offered by T & J Coles Ltd. The showroom experience was good - no hard sell and we were given time to look and all questions answered. We needed to prepare a fuse spur, and they recommended an independent electrician, who we found to be excellent and reasonably priced. The home visit from T&J Coles before installation was helpful and all aspects of the job explained. The fitting was scheduled for a time that suited us and we were very pleased with the punctuality, politeness and helpfulness of the installers. They protected our carpet and furniture and removed a lot of debris from the old fireplace before sealing it for the new electric fire suite. They even went above and beyond by rubbing down some plaster that was exposed due to the slightly lower mantle on the new suite. They cleaned-up well and explained the new fire controls carefully, with reassurance that they were always available if we had any issues. All-in-all we can highly recommend the service and workmanship of this top rate company."
